Our Georgian Revival home is located one block from the Utah Shakespearean Festival. We offer eleven air-conditioned rooms all with private baths, including our 900 square foot gable suite. A grand staircase, eight fireplaces, three sitting rooms, a great room, a guest library, crown moldings, balconies and porches add to your enjoyment. Within easy walking distance to town. A full breakfast is served each morning.

Cedar City offers many events including the Utah Shakespearean Festival, Utah Summer Games, Western Arts Festival and a full venue of events at Southern Utah University. Brian Head Ski Resort offers both winter and summer activities including skiing, tubing and bike riding. National Parks in the area include Zion, Bryce Canyon and Cedar Breaks National Monument. Cedar City also has a full 18 hole golf course.

The Master Suite

Master Suite - King Bed & Queen Wall Bed / full bath $169.00 This is the only room on the main level and was the master bedroom for the Inn. The main room has a king bed with a small kitchenette (bar sink, microwave, refrigerator and coffee maker) and a full bath. The second sitting room has a queen wall bed if needed and is off of the Master Bedroom. The only entrance to this unit is through your private deck around the side of the main front porch. You have full access to the Big Yellow Inn through the front door. Add $10 per person after 2.

Across the Street Inn (This is directly across the street from The Big Yellow Inn.)

The house directly Across the Street from the Big Yellow Inn was a B&B years ago and we have recently restored it. Guests will cross the street and eat breakfast at the Big Yellow Inn. It features a large living room, kitchen and four bedrooms and baths. There is also a basement 2 bedroom apartment. Sit by the pond outside and enjoy a relaxing afternoon.

	Hidden Cove - King / Queen / full bath. $89.00 or $109.00 A true basement apartment but done nicely. It has low ceilings with exposed pipes but is alot of room for the money. A king bedroom, large bathroom and a kitchen rent for $79. Add the second small queen bedroom for an additional $20. The Guest House (Your own private residence)

The Guest House is located four blocks south of the Utah Shakespearean Festival and is ideal for a family. This is a private residence that you will have all to yourself. It has a kitchen, laundry room, living room, three bedrooms and a full bathroom. The master bedroom has a queen bed, the second small bedroom has a queen bed and the third very small bedroom has a twin. The living room has a queen size pull out sleeper sofa and a TV/VCR combo(antenna only). The kitchen is for you to use but there is no food or phone provided. We clean the house only after check out.

Guest House - 2-Queen beds / Queen Sleeper Sofa / Single bed / Full bath $159.00 Enjoy the privacy of your own home in a quite residential neighborhood that is close to everything. Basic Cable and no phone. Minimum two night stay required (call for exceptions).
