Check-in / Check-out Check-in time: 4:00 - 8:00pm. Check-out time: 11:00am. Check in / out times can be flexible with prior arrangements.	Deposit / Cancellations There is a $25.00 per room, per night, non-refundable deposit. A one night deposit per room is required at the time of booking. Cancellations within two weeks of stay forfeit deposit as a cancellation fee. Shortened stays within two weeks will be charged full price. See below for group cancellations.
Children As the Inn is not child-proof, guests under the age of 12 must be pre-approved. If a baby cries, it will wake other guests.	Group Reservations & Cancellations Three or more rooms will be charged in full at the time of booking. Groups are non-refundable. Group Reservation Form
