Method of Payment
MasterCard, Visa, American Express or cash. No checks.

Special Week rate: $950 (one night free)

Additional Guests:
Eagle Point accommodates 4 guests comfortably in 2 bedrooms. Sofa sleepers can accommodate an additional 4 people. Add $ 10.00 for each additional person over 6.

Check-In/ Check-Out:
Check-in time: 4:00-8:00 pm. Check-out time: 11:00 am. Times are flexible with prior arrangements.

Check-in location:
If pre-paid by credit card, you can pick up a key @ the Caretaker residence and proceed directly to Eagle Point. Ken and Barb French live at 2121 High Juniper Drive (the road leading to Eagle Point). Their address and names are on the mailbox at their property entrance. Otherwise Check in at the Big Yellow Inn (234 S. 300 W. Cedar City).

Deposit/Cancellations:
There is a $50 per night non-refundable deposit. Cancellations made with less than one month notice will be charged full per day rate.
If we re-rent Eagle Point, there will be no charge.

Children:
As Eagle Point is not child-proofed, guests under the age of 12 must be pre-approved.

Smoking:
Eagle Point is a non-smoking dwelling house.

Pets:
Pets must be pre-approved. A $200 pet deposit is required, which will be refunded after check out and cleaning if there is no pet damage. One pet only.
